Alan Fox with ComSta was present. Captain Carmel reminded hats are on the way and he appreciates our support of the exchange.

Reviewed rules of Galley and gym. These are privileges and not all Bases have. Must have your ID to use facilities. 2 guests per month. Members in progress can eat at the Galley on Aux meeting day. Idea of joining just for the privileges needs to be rethought. Most of us are in for the service and boat safety.

At District Conference George Lee received an award for recruiting 18 new members in past year. Sitka got most of the awards because they are based on per capita and Sitka has 8 members. Whittier has 150, Juneau 100, and Kodiak 48.

Suzanne Jensen FN needs resolution to add FC Amberg to checking account and remove Jewel Reyes, 39-year member. Motion made by Maaike Myers, seconded by Mike Herter. Question called. Unanimous by voice vote.

Walt H., Materials - reminder the ordering stuff from District needs to go through Walt. He has now established contacts for ordering. $225 was spent on ABC books for our upcoming classes.

George L., Ops.- desire is to get as much stuff out of the way that does not require going on the water first.

Fritz M., Marine Safety & Enviro Svs. - Incident Command System Training will be offered maybe after April meeting. Class is needed to assist with emergency responses and is required for crew member and coxswain. May 12 10 a.m. at Pillar Beach after meeting is plan for litter cleanup.

ComFish - sign up sheets, Coastie training, return by 4/7.

ABC classes - 4/14 is next one (since rescheduled). Fish & Game in interested is one for themselves and Kodiak Support Services interested in one. Prices discussed: $35 for members, $50 for nonmembers, $25 without book (because already have copy).

Powerpoint & web design training available 5/3 through 5/7/7. Upcoming UPV and 5 Star training.

Question by Alan Fox whether we're using the active duty system, but the answer is we're using Aux Data.

Bob Hough received a copy of small boat manual from Whittier and is working on getting all available information on one CD.
