Staff Officer Comments & Reports
1. Susan Nymeyer (CS) reports website still down and she still needs hours.
2. Suzanne Jensen (FN) reports financial report needs to be signed by FC and sent in. Ms. Jensen suggested we raise dues for next year, 2007, to $50 per person with no discount for couples. A good portion of current dues go to Division, District and National Aux. Question on what do other flotillas pay and response was $40-$50. Discussion ensued re discount for couples. Ms. Jensen advised we do not collect dues for active duty or retirees. We do not earn money anywhere else other than ABC class and we cannot fund-raise. Joy Ng suggested asking local organizations to fund life jackets. Ms. Jensen advised any funds would have to be run through the District. We will continue the discussion of dues increase at the April meeting with a vote at the May meeting.
3. Mike Herter (MV-pending). Life vest inventory in office is 20 adult, 7 child, 4 infant and 10 youth. Mark Nymeyer VC will get info to Mike Herter re ordering life vests.
