Called to order @ 8:35 a.m.

Introduction of Visitors & New Members
None.

FC Introductory Remarks & Announcements
Lots of new cards for new members but none present. Commented re crab festival parade and that Coastie needs to be turned so the kids can see his eyes next time. Suggestions for Coastie: Dave Anderson with AST; State Division of Parks; Camp Woody for 8 and under; Baptist Mission Day Camp. McDonald coupons still available. Rebecca to get us the new stickers for vessel exams.

Adoption of Minutes
Moved by Maaike Myers and seconded by Fritz Miller.

Staff Reports
Lots of people on vacation.

Member Comments
Maaike Myers still needs acknowledgment that they have received her membership packet.
Dennis McMurry still needs instructors' information.
Jackie Herter made comment on maybe a need for short program for each meeting i.e. short training sessions.
Discussion re hands-on training for different positions instead of just pointing to computer. Possibly we can meet after July 8th meeting at Fritz's computer and go online and learn more together about vessel examinations.
Olga and Pete will be gone for the next 3-4 months for travel and medical.

Old Business
PFD Boxes. Harbormaster called with more remnants of the 8-foot box. Dennis McMurry will get and put with rest of Aux stuff in storage.
Dues. If there is any financial hardship, please let FC know.

New Business
Reminder it is time to be thinking of a replacement FC by October to take over in January as FC Lee's term will be up.
